Enemies will win although they are not on Haqq, because they are: (1) United (2) Subservient to their leader (3) Honest/Trustworthy (4) Strengthening their institutions.
(1) Tafriqa (2) You are not subservient to your leader (3) Lack of honesty/trustworthiness (4) You are abandoning your religious institutions (mosques).
